These are the usual delivery times:
    Standard Shipping Time: 15-25 days
Remote areas and Islands (ex: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia, Ceuta, Melilla): 30-40 days.
⚠ At present, due to the third wave of the virus and the increase in Internet purchases, delivery services are experiencing delays.
Our team continues to work in order to speed up the whole process and to ensure that your orders arrive as soon as possible.
If you need to have a product for a specific date, we advise you to buy it as early as possible.
Likewise, from The MÏL we make a daily follow-up of all the shipments of our clients to avoid and reduce delays.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The cost of the shipment is 9.99€ although we can punctually make offers of Free Shipping.
To track your shipment, see the Order Tracking page. You must indicate your shipping number.

    >Track Order<

If you do not have your shipping number, please log in to your user account from the main menu and there you will find the delivery number associated with your order.
The customer must ensure that the address indicated is complete and correct, if the postal service delivery indicates that the address is incorrect they will return the package to us. In this case it is necessary to make a new shipment from the warehouse. The customer will have to pay 60% of the cost of the new shipment, for which he will have to pay 6€.
Not accepting the delivery of the package, i.e. refusing it, does not give the option of a refund. When a package is not delivered it is necessary to generate a new shipment with the already mentioned extra cost of 6 € to be paid by the customer (The MÏL incurs 3,99 € of additional cost as well).
In case the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address as the shipments are under the delivery of external companies The MÏL and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the client is responsible for the loss of the package in case the correct address has not been indicated, or the house has been changed or similar.
The courier service will make 2 delivery attempts, if the package is not delivered, the customer will have 15 days to pick up the package at the post office assigned to his address. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 15 days, the postal service will return the package to us. It will be necessary to make a new shipment from the warehouse. The client will have to pay 60% of the cost of the new shipment, so he will have to pay 6€.
In case the package is not delivered and has been lost during the shipping process The MÏL will run with the cost of a new shipment (no refund will be made in this case).
PO Box: We prefer not to ship to PO Box because delivery is not guaranteed. In the eyes of the shipping company the package is considered delivered when it is placed in your box, not when it is delivered to you. Therefore, if you place an order with PO Box delivery, we will not be responsible for ensuring that you receive it correctly, you will bear the risk (of course you will have a shipping number assigned to you so that you can track the shipment and the delivery time does not vary either).
The MÏL is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees or tariffs applied to the shipment or rates that may be applied in customs for the package purchased.

    3.2 Guarantee

This warranty gives you specific rights as a consumer, you may already have other rights which are reflected in the laws of your country, province or state. To fully understand your rights, we recommend that you consult the applicable laws of your country, province or state.

In order to exercise the guarantee service, it is essential to present documentary evidence of the date of delivery and/or purchase of the product, either the invoice or the purchase receipt. Documents that have been manipulated or falsified will not be accepted.

The consumer must inform The MÏL of the lack of conformity (defect) within 48 hours of becoming aware of it. Failure to comply with this deadline will not result in the loss of the corresponding right of withdrawal.

The legal guarantee covers, the replacement of the product as a consequence of the lack of conformity (defect) of the product and, in this case, these will be free for the consumer. The replacement will suspend the calculation of the legal guarantee period, and in no case will it give rise to a new two-year guarantee period from the delivery of the replaced product.

This contractual Warranty applies only to The MÏL Products ("Product") as originally supplied and does not apply to any software or other equipment owned by The MÏL or third parties for which end user licence agreements or separate warranty statements or exclusions are offered or intended to be applied.

Notwithstanding the statutory warranty, the duration and conditions of which are stipulated by the local laws of each country, province or state, The MÏL voluntarily warrants to the original purchaser that your The MÏL Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, the warranty lasts and is given for two (2) years for the main unit, six (6) months for the battery, charger cable and straps originally packaged with the product. The limited warranty period shall be computed from the date of original purchase.

The MÏL does not guarantee that the use of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

If a hardware defect is found in The MÏL Product and a valid request is received within the warranty period, The MÏL may:

    (1) Replace the Product or one of its damaged parts

    (2) Refund the Price of the Product excluding possible shipping costs.

In the event of defects, and to the full extent permitted by law, these are the only and exclusive compensatory measures. Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Any replaced hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may apply in your jurisdiction.

The MÏL can ask the client to present a proof of the details of the purchase.

    This Guarantee does not apply:

1- To consumable parts such as batteries, charger cable, straps or coating whose wear and tear has been foreseen over time. Unless the failure has occurred as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship.

2- To damage to the appearance of the Product, including but not limited to scratches, dents, broken glass, broken screens or broken plastic.

This damage is not covered by the warranty, as it is a misuse of the watch).

5- To damage caused by using the Product outside the permitted or foreseen uses described by The MÏL, or with an incorrect voltage or power supply.

6- To any damage derived from services (repair, updating or improvements) carried out by a third party other than The MÏL. Broken seals or seals that show evidence of having been tampered with.

7- To alterations or modifications of any part of the The MÏL Product; without the written authorisation of The MÏL.

    8. Defects caused by normal daily use or derived from the normal wear and tear of The MÏL Product.

9- To the damaged product due to not following the instructions related to the use of the Product, or if any serial number of The MÏL Product has been removed or deleted.

10- To the use of the product for commercial purposes or to subject the product to abnormal use or conditions.

Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered by this Limited Warranty.

Products that were not properly imported, not properly manufactured by MÏL and/or not purchased from The MÏL are not covered by this Warranty.

    Limitation of liability

This Limited Warranty constitutes your sole warranty, in substitution of any other warranty, expressed or implied, and in any case within the limits of applicable law. The MÏL shall not be liable for any special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of expected profits, loss of data, loss of use, capital costs, costs of replacement of equipment or facilities, claims of third parties, damage to property arising out of the purchase or use of the item, or arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort or any analogous or equivalent legal theory, even if The MÏL knew of the possibility of such damages. The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (euros), including taxes and handling and shipping costs, which are free of charge.

All prices shown are final prices, expressly including Value Added Tax (VAT), without prejudice to the fact that the user will at all times have detailed information on the price of the product. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded when paying for the order.
