- The product must not have been used. We will ask you for photos to justify this.
- You must keep all protective plastic in perfect condition. We will ask you for photos showing the condition of the protective plastic.
- You must keep the envelope with the delivery details visible to show that you are returning the product we have sent you. We will ask you to send a photo of the product.
- You must keep the bag or box of the product with all its contents. If something is missing or damaged we will deduct 10% of your refund or equivalent amount to repair the damage or missing.

- We will email you the address to which you should send the product back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use the same shipping company that delivered the product to you to avoid problems. You must contract a shipment with a tracking code to be able to complain to the transport company if it is lost or damaged during shipping.
- The refund will be made by the same means as the payment. Payment by credit card takes 5-10 days for the bank to re-credit your account. Paypal and Sofort, 3-5 days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT:
- For products that arrive broken or wrong: 48 hours since you received it (we will check the tracking of your shipment)
- For products that break down later, our technical team will analyse whether it is a product defect or caused by misuse.
- Product that arrives broken or damaged: We need you to send a photo showing the damaged or wrong product on top of the shipping envelope, showing your delivery address and the number of the shipment.
- For products that are damaged afterwards: we need you to send photos or videos that show the defect.

Exclusions for defective product:
- If you notice a difference in colour this is not a defect. Each MÏLWATCH watch is manufactured in individual batches, following our conscious production policy. This is why some units are slightly more or less than the colour of the photos shown on the website. It is important to know that the colour of the website depends on the screen that each user has, it may be slightly affected in terms of the real colour.
