    Standard Shipping Time: 15-25 days
    Remote areas and Islands (ex: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia, Ceuta, Melilla): 30-40 days.
     This is due to our conscious manufacturing method.

    Like big brands such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Asus, etc, we manufacture our products in China because that is where the main suppliers of chips and materials are located.We also store our products in China and ship them from there.

    This allows us to have much more flexibility because we are close to our manufacturers, so we can plan production and stock more efficiently, thus avoiding waste of resources.This is different from the way brands traditionally work.

    The old way was to manufacture in China and take the stock to each country (this greatly increases the cost and the final price for the customer). To be able to do this, businesses would have to plan and produce many units in advance, which sometimes are not sold and end up in the trash to avoid selling them at a low price and discrediting the brand.So instead of doing that, we work on a continuous cycle where every week we adjust sales, production and storage forecasts to avoid wasting resources.

    This is great for the environment and good for you because we manage to control costs and offer you a more competitive and affordable price!

    We understand fast shipping is preferred and offered by many mega-brands. But we believe it is more important to be environmentally friendly and efficient, as well as support our fulfillment team.

    The customer must ensure that the address indicated is complete and correct, if the postal service delivery indicates that the address is incorrect they will return the package to us. In this case it is necessary to make a new shipment from the warehouse. The customer will have to pay 60% of the cost of the new shipment, for which he will have to pay 6€.
    Not accepting the delivery of the package, i.e. refusing it, does not give the option of a refund. When a package is not delivered it is necessary to generate a new shipment with the already mentioned extra cost of 6 € to be paid by the customer (MÏL incurs 3,99 € of additional cost as well).
    In case the shipment has already been made it will not be possible to change the delivery address as the shipments are under the delivery of external companies MÏL and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once the order has been sent from the warehouse, so the client is responsible for the loss of the package in case the correct address has not been indicated, or the house has been changed or similar.
    The courier service will make 2 delivery attempts, if the package is not delivered, the customer will have 15 days to pick up the package at the post office assigned to his address. If the package is not picked up by the customer within 15 days, the postal service will return the package to us. It will be necessary to make a new shipment from the warehouse. The client will have to pay 60% of the cost of the new shipment, so he will have to pay 6€.
    In case the package is not delivered and has been lost during the shipping process The MÏL will run with the cost of a new shipment (no refund will be made in this case).
    PO Box: We prefer not to ship to PO Box because delivery is not guaranteed. In the eyes of the shipping company the package is considered delivered when it is placed in your box, not when it is delivered to you. Therefore, if you place an order with PO Box delivery, we will not be responsible for ensuring that you receive it correctly, you will bear the risk (of course you will have a shipping number assigned to you so that you can track the shipment and the delivery time does not vary either).
    The MÏL is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees or tariffs applied to the shipment or rates that may be applied in customs for the package purchased.
